For licensed insurance agencies

Driving records, priced like a state fee.

Order an MVR from any state you're approved for, get it back in under a minute, and pay the state's fee plus a flat $3.90. No subscription, no minimums, no per-seat charge.

Three records on us once your account is credentialed.

What one record costs
State $2.12
Data provider$2.00
Our service fee$3.90
Total$8.02

The state fee is whatever the DMV charges that day, passed through at cost. We never mark it up, and it's itemized on every order. If the state comes back with no record, you pay that fee and nothing else — our service fee is dropped.

Getting an account

Federal law puts real conditions on who can pull a driving record. We do the checking up front so you never have to think about it again.

STEP 1
License check

We look up your NPN with NIPR and confirm the agency holds an active P&C license.

Same day, automatic
STEP 2
Agreement

Your principal signs the end-user agreement naming the reasons you're allowed to pull records.

About a day
STEP 3
Office check

A short inspection confirms records are handled somewhere secure. Usually a video walkthrough.

One to two days
STEP 4
First deposit

Fund the wallet by ACH or card. Your three welcome records land at the same time.

Immediate on card

The part most vendors don't put on the website

You're accountable for how these records get used. So are we. Here's exactly what that means in practice.

Why do I pick a reason for every single pull?

The Driver's Privacy Protection Act only allows a fixed list of reasons. Insurance rating, underwriting, claims and anti-fraud work is one of them. We record your choice with each order.

Who can see what my staff pulled?

You can, in your own access log. So can a state DMV auditor if they ask. Entries can't be edited or deleted by anyone, including us.

How long do you keep the reports?

Ninety days by default, then they're deleted. Access records are kept five years, because the law requires it.

What if a driver disputes what's in a report?

Send them to us. We investigate with the source and answer within thirty days, which is the deadline the FCRA sets.
